These signals can be sent by a pager system, cellular device, radio or digital communicator over the telephone line. The Control Room decodes and responds to the data it receives and acts accordingly to pre-set instructions from the client.

The required response to an occurrence can be tailored to suit the requirements of the client. Nominated authorised personnel will be contacted or can include police or other services.  Duress alarms, power failures, technician request can all be monitored and reported.  Activity reports can be provided on all occurrences which keeps the client fully aware of what has happened even when they are not there.
