Providing interactive security monitoring Electralarm operates a fully computerised control room utilising the latest upload/download software programs to enhance flexibility in the supply of high quality monitoring services.

The Electralarm Control Room is manned 24hrs a day by professional, qualified operators trained to assist Customers in all aspects of their home or business security and operation of their alarm systems.

Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS) and a back up generator in case of a loss of power situation allows 24 hr monitoring to continue without any interruption to services.

All Computers have daily backups and are maintained on a regular basis to ensure there is no service failures within the system.

Multi telephone lines ensures that the Control Room is accessible at all times..

The Control Room communication includes land line Internet, Email and fax to ensure the highest quality of service provided by Electralarm
