Security Alarm Dialler System
Written on the 1st of December 2008 by Electralarm
A Monitored Alarm System requires the telephone line to enable communication back to the Monitoring Control Room receiver.
In the event of the line being cut or disconnected, no alarm signal can be transmitted and hence the Operator would be unaware if your alarm was activated.
Telephone Dialler Monitoring is the most commonly used system in the world and in most cases provides adequate security, but as the rate of burglaries increases, technology must also improve and it is recommended that "High Risk" premises consider upgrading to the latest wireless systems now available.
