Control Room

• The Electralarm Control Room is manned 24hrs a day by qualified operators who are trained to assist Customers in all aspects of their home or business security and operation of their alarm systems.
• The control room is fully self-contained with various Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS) and a diesel generator, meaning that we are not reliant on energy suppliers to maintain 24hr surveillance of your monitoring service.
• Ademco 685 Digital Alarm Receivers and SAFECOM UHF Wireless Receivers are networked to independent servers and workstations.
• Computers are backed up daily and maintained on a regular basis.
• The Digital Alarm Receivers are connected to six secure unlisted telephone lines.
• Our UHF supervised systems with three repeater stations, provide coverage from the South Brisbane well into Northern NSW.
• The main Commander system encompasses four incoming rotary lines and various other communication essentials including Motorola Two-Way Radios (on secure frequency) Mobile Telephones, Email and Facsimile.
